Air volume meter is suitable for fast and accurate measurement of large air inlets/returns, meeting regulatory system requirements to ensure indoor air quality. Provide reliable support for air conditioning and heating system measurements in hospitals, office buildings or commercial buildings.

The built-in airflow rectifier allows accurate measurement of the vortex outlet even at the vortex outlet. Frequent air volume measurements are required. Due to the influence of turbulence at the air outlet, wind speed is often not accurately measured.

Air volume meter can effectively reduce measurement errors. The built-in air flow rectifier can effectively reduce eddy currents and uniform air flow, thereby achieving accurate measurement of air volume between 80 and 3,500 m3/h.

Lightweight air volume hood, minimalist setup

The air volume hood is equipped with an ergonomically designed handle and an adjustable display screen, and the total weight of the fuselage is only 2.9kg. This means that air volume measurement tasks can be easily and accurately performed even in large conference rooms and at overhead heights. Protruding measurement buttons located at the base of the air volume hood ensure that every reading during the measurement process is recorded.

Standard hood size is 610 x 610mm. Additional hood options are available for additional ceiling outlet measurements. The optional tripod is a great help for inlet and return measurements at height. The tripod can be extended up to 4m.

Fixed tie rods make the air volume hood quick and easy to assemble. The factory-standard transport trolley case ensures safe transportation.

Create measurement reports online and have them sent to your mailbox using the app. Download the free app for even more advantageous features. Through the application and Bluetooth function, smartphones and tablets can be used as second displays and controlled remotely. Especially useful when using a tripod to measure high on ceilings.

When measuring the air conditioning and heating ventilation system, you can start/end the measurement program through the App, save the measurement results in .txt format, and create a measurement report online. Measurement results, such as total air volume and air exchange rate, are distributed according to the customer's customized template, and measurement results and reports are sent via email. Help you save time and improve work efficiency.

2. Air volume meter product features

The air volume hood suitable for measuring air conditioning and HVAC systems is equipped with a display to display the measurement results. The adjustable display allows customers to read measurements from different angles.

It can complete wind speed, air volume, absolute pressure, temperature and relative humidity measurement tasks. Auto-zero function ensures accurate measurement under low pressure.

Backlit display, all measurement values ​​can be read on one screen. Through the application, the functions of saving measurement values ​​and creating measurement reports online are realized, and measurement values ​​can be analyzed and managed. Data management can also be performed on a computer without additional operating software.

The air volume hood integrates different measuring instruments and is not limited to ceiling air outlet air volume measurement. Removing the wind hood can also be used to measure pressure, wind speed and air volume in the pipeline. Save costs, no need to purchase other instruments.

When measuring pipelines, just connect the optional pitot tube and connecting hose. The time average/multi-point average calculation function and the input pipeline geometry can be used together to help complete pipeline measurements with twice the result with half the effort.
