1.Flue gas analyzer product introduction
Flue gas analyzer is a gas detection product that investigates flue gas, exhaust gas and other gases from fixed pollution sources such as boilers, chimneys and pipelines in real time.Precise readings, robust design, easy operation: these are the basic requirements for a measuring tool as a professional for fast and reliable on-site testing of combustion equipment and analysis of combustion efficiency. And this is the advantage of Flue gas analyzer.
Flue gas analyzer provides reliable detection of heating systems
Flue gas analyzer is easy to operate and has 4 built-in guided measurement menus: flue gas measurement, extraction force measurement, ambient CO measurement and differential pressure measurement. Large display with backlight, suitable for various lighting conditions.
Not only that, the Flue gas analyzer also has many other practical features. The back of the instrument is magnetic and can be attached to all metal surfaces, such as the burner housing, freeing your hands for other tasks. The sensor automatically zeroes in just 30 seconds, and filter replacement is extremely easy. At the same time, the Flue gas analyzer is lightweight, strong and durable, dust and impact resistant, and has a built-in condensation trap for quick and easy emptying.
Measurement data can also be directly transmitted to an infrared printer (optional) through the instrument's built-in infrared interface to enable on-site report printing.
2. Application scope of Flue gas analyzer
Flue draft measurement
The pumping force measurement is actually a differential pressure measurement. This pressure difference is caused by the temperature difference between the two areas. The pressure difference in turn creates a compensating air flow. In the flue gas system, the difference in pressure is reflected as "flue draft". We can extend the probe through the flue measuring point to the center point of the flue gas flow to measure the pressure difference, which is the "flue draft".
To ensure that flue gas can be safely discharged from the flue, the boiler system must have a pressure difference (flue suction force).
If the suction force is always very high, the average smoke temperature will rise, resulting in smoke loss and system efficiency will decrease.
If the suction force is always low, there may be a lack of oxygen during the combustion process, resulting in an increase in blackness and CO, which will also reduce system efficiency.
Ambient CO measurement
CO is a colorless and odorless toxic gas. CO is produced when incomplete combustion of carbon-containing substances (such as oil, gas, and solid fuels) occurs. After CO enters the lungs with breathing, it will enter the blood vessels of the human body and synthesize with hemoglobin, causing hypoxia in the human body, which in turn can lead to death. This is why it is necessary to regularly measure CO emissions at the combustion point of the combustion system, especially in and around areas frequently visited by people.
Flue gas parameter measurement (CO, O2, temperature, etc.)
Flue gas measurement of the heating system can help users confirm the pollutants (such as carbon monoxide CO) emitted in the flue gas and the heat loss. In some countries, flue gas measurements are required by law for two main purposes:
1. Ensure to reduce pollution emissions as much as possible and protect the environment;
2. And improve energy efficiency as much as possible.
The legal pollutant content and energy loss standards per unit flue gas volume must not be exceeded.
Measurements can be taken by the installer during system commissioning and, if necessary, by flue gas inspectors after four weeks, and then by authorized service engineers at regular intervals.
Pressure measurement (injection pressure, gas pressure, etc.)
During the maintenance of the home heating system, we usually have to check the gas pressure, including dynamic pressure and static pressure. If the gas pressure of the gas boiler exceeds the range of 18-25mbar, it cannot be adjusted and the boiler cannot be operated. Because if the operation is carried out, the boiler will not be able to operate normally, and an explosion will occur after ignition, causing the system to be paralyzed.
